The clubs AGM this year will be on Friday 23rd October at Hirst Priory at 7pm
WIth the current COVID restrictions in place the meeting will be starting at 7pm to ensure we can get the meeting done, have a drink and be home for 10pm. Seating in the pavilion will be done in tables of 6 to also follow the rules. All members, new and old are able to attend and there will be a few changes to this seasons meeting.
Anyone wishing to put themselves forward for a position at the club (Committe members, Captains ect) can do so from today up to the night of the meeting and their name will be put forward at the AGM. We have a roles and responsibilities pack that can be sent to anyone considering putting themselves forward to see what the club expects of them.
We have 2 new positions to be voted in this year. A head groundsman role leading groundwork at ground and a Head of Academy role overseeing the juniors at the club.
Reports from officials (Treasurer, Secretary, Chairman, captains) will be sent out the week before the meeting for everyone to read. In an effort to to quicken the AGM up members can ask officials questions on the reports but the reports will not be read on the night.
